About the role
JOB SUMMARY:
The Christ Fellowship Kids Room Leader provides support and care for the weekend environment.
SHIFT: Sundays 9AM to Noon
JOB DUTIES:
- Ensuring the overall weekend experience for kids is done with excellence in a safe, fun, meaningful, and engaging environment.
- Ensuring our children are properly checked into the environment and checked out of the environment using our security tags.
- Implementing and facilitating Kids provided curriculum and activity plans.
- Attending any scheduled training and completing all training modules once hired.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and experience in working with children.
- Passion to help others discover their purpose and connect in ministry.
- The ability to stand, sit, reach, and lift up to 40lbs if needed.
JOB SPECS:
Classification: Part-time, hourly (Non-exempt), 3 Hours Per Week
