Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)Pediatric Specialty Care at Philadelphia | Philadelphia, PA$40 – $51/hour + shift differentials | 12-hour shifts: Days 7a–7:30p or Nights 7p–7:30aFull-time = 3 shifts a week + every third weekend
Here, you don't just manage a vent. You help a child breathe, grow and go home.
The children at PSC Philadelphia are medically fragile, and many depend on ventilators and trachs every day. As their RT, you're not a pager to answer between floors. You're a clinical leader at the bedside, and your judgment shapes their progress, from vent settings to weaning to the day a family learns to manage care at home.
Why RTs choose PSC:
- Know your patients. Care for the same kids for months, not hours. See the weaning trial that works, the first word after a trach change, the milestone no one expected.
- Practice at the top of your license. Pediatric vent management, trach care, airway clearance and weaning, with real autonomy.
- Deeper care, steadier pace. All the complexity of pediatric critical care without the acute-care churn.
- A team that has your back. Nursing, physicians, therapy and RTs work side by side, with continuity instead of quick hand-offs.
- Room to grow. Pediatric vent experience is hard to find and highly valued. Build it here.
What you get:
- $40–$51/hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials
- Health coverage, 401(k) with employer match and paid time off
- Free parking
New to pediatrics? If you have strong vent skills and a big heart for kids, we'll train you. Apply today and help a child breathe easier, for years to come.
