Key Responsibilities

• Review daily service appointments for acquisition opportunities.
• Engage customers in the service drive regarding vehicle upgrade and trade-in options.
• Identify vehicles the dealership would like to acquire.
• Perform vehicle appraisals using vAuto and dealership tools.
• Present vehicle purchase and trade offers to customers.
• Maintain customer activity through CRM software.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to generate opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• Experience working directly with service lane customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
