We combine product expertise with quality installation for homeowners and builders, and we’re growing. We’re looking for an organized, people-friendly administrator to join our sales team.

About the role

You’ll be the right hand to one of our Senior Sales Representatives, handling the paperwork, scheduling, and customer follow-up behind their residential accounts so they can spend their time selling. It’s a great fit for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly and wants to learn the flooring business.

What you'll do

• Manage paperwork and enter jobs and services into our system
• Prepare work packets for installers
• Create change orders and process returns
• Print job schedule reports and coordinate with accounting on COD invoices
• Keep the sales pipeline organized and help with day-to-day processes
• Help resolve customer concerns on assigned accounts
• Support coworkers with company software and basic computer issues
• Help develop tools and procedures that make our work more efficient
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers

Requirements

What you bring

• 1–2+ years of administrative, office, or customer service experience
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and coworkers
• Flooring, construction, interior design or home improvement experience
• Experience with flooring or construction software
• High school diploma or equivalent
