About the role
- To use courteous and efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest's order.
- To operate the computer system for order taking, check printing, closing out checks and printing reports.
- To maintain in-depth knowledge all menus (including Daily Specials, cocktail list, etc.) and of the service of food and beverage items offered by the department and the hotel.
- The ability to maintain a Private Dining control sheet so the Private Dining Manager knows when an order was taken, delivered and retrieved and by whom.
- To qualify sell and up-sell F&B products and services.
- To handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines of the accounting department
- Looking for Very Flexible, understanding and a good team player.
