This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous learning, and enjoys turning prospects into meaningful business relationships.

Accountabilities

    • Support the full sales development cycle, including prospect research, outbound engagement, inbound lead management, sales call coordination, proposal preparation, RFP responses, and consistent follow-up.

    • Execute high-volume prospecting campaigns across phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities.

    • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, nurturing relationships and coordinating with the sales team to determine appropriate next steps.

    • Track all sales activities accurately in the CRM or designated system of record, ensuring reliable pipeline visibility and performance reporting.

    • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to management, highlighting progress, results, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Collaborate with management to develop, document, and refine sales playbooks, outreach strategies, scripts, and talk tracks for different products and service offerings.

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the solutions, services, target audiences, and unique value propositions to tailor messaging to prospective clients.

    • Support the development and maintenance of sales proposals and contribute to responding to requests for proposals (RFPs).

    • Attend relevant conferences and industry events to represent the organization's offerings, build relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.

    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead handoffs, align campaigns, and ensure a consistent prospect experience.

    • Actively seek feedback, participate in training and professional development, and experiment with new approaches to improve sales effectiveness.

    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

      • 2–5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in software, products, professional services, or a related business-to-business environment.

      • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound prospecting, generate leads, nurture relationships, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

      • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients, colleagues, and leadership.

      • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and sales intelligence tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or equivalent solutions.

      • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new tools, systems, products, and services quickly.

      • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through consistently.

      • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, supported by sound business judgment and commercial awareness.

      • A proactive, resilient, and positive mindset, with the confidence to test new tactics, take thoughtful risks, and adapt to changing priorities.

      • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and management teams.

      • A genuine commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and improving performance through feedback.

      • Location requirement: Candidates must be based in Australia. Applications from candidates located outside Australia will not be considered at this time.
