About the role
We're looking for a quick, people-focused Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. You'll be the first person new leads talk to — responding fast to demo requests and webinar sign-ups, qualifying interest, and prospecting into target accounts to keep our pipeline full.
VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Our enterprise AI platform helps organizations search, analyze, redact and act on their video, audio, images, documents and text. More than 100 agencies and organizations use VIDIZMO, from police departments, prosecutors and federal, state and local government to hospitals, banks and law firms. Customers run it in their own cloud (Azure or AWS), on-premises, in government cloud (including FedRAMP High environments through our hosting partner) or fully air-gapped. We're ISO/IEC 27001 certified in our own name, and we support CJIS, HIPAA (with BAAs), PCI-DSS, GDPR and FERPA requirements.
What You'll Sell
Our products:
- AI Intelligence Hub: AI agents, no-code workflows and search that gives cited, auditable answers from an organization's own files, using the AI model the customer chooses.
- Redactor: bulk redaction of faces, license plates, voices and personal data (PII, PHI, payment data) across video, audio, images and documents.
- AI Live Insight: real-time AI video analytics on cameras customers already own.
- Digital Evidence Management (DEMS): evidence intake, review and sharing with a full chain of custody.
- Enterprise Video Platform (EnterpriseTube): secure video hosting, live streaming, captions, transcription and search.
- All of them run on Nexus, our common content platform, and connect to cameras, VMS and body-worn systems, case and records systems, CRMs, LMSs and cloud storage.

Public-sector customers can buy through contract vehicles including GSA MAS, NASA SEWP V, NASPO ValuePoint, Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, Texas DIR and PEPPM.
About the Role
You'll keep our pipeline full by working both inbound and outbound leads. When someone downloads a guide, joins a webinar or asks for a demo, you'll be the first to reach them. Between those, you'll prospect into target accounts across our industries and set up qualified meetings for our account executives.
What You'll Do
- Respond within minutes to demo requests, webinar attendees and website leads.
- Run short qualifying calls to understand the person's role, problem and timing.
- Prospect into target accounts with calls, emails and LinkedIn when inbound is quiet.
- Match each lead to the right solution and the right account executive.
- Book meetings and pass on clear notes so the next call starts at the right place.
- Keep lead status and activity accurate in HubSpot, and share feedback on lead quality with marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in inbound or outbound sales, lead qualification or inside sales in any industry, working with US prospects.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups every day.
- Fluent English and a friendly, professional phone voice.
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and daily use of AI tools for research and writing.
Strong Pluses
- Some experience selling software or technology.
- Technical education or experience.
- Exposure to government, healthcare, financial or legal buyers.
- Basic knowledge of compliance topics such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
- Experience working marketing-qualified leads with a marketing team.
How You're Paid
Base salary plus performance commission, set according to your experience.
Benefits
Benefits depend on where you're based.
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.
- Fast internet and a quiet place for calls.
We're an equal opportunity employer.
