About the role
Job Description
- Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting, negotiating contracts, and securing high-value business from corporate accounts and MICE planners.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and industry partners through regular networking, site inspections, and targeted engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, optimize pricing strategies, and report performance trends to management.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in hotel sales specifically targeting the Corporate and MICE segments is required.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, along with proficiency in hotel systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and resolve client issues effectively.
- High fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
