Position Overview:

The Sales Specialist will manage an assigned slot machine gaming route and assist the sales team in slot game selections to maximize revenues. The Sales Specialist should have previous experience in slot machine performance, business data analysis, or possess a degree which specialized in business analytics.
This position will also work with CHG’s data science department to create custom reports, preform on-site audits of the gaming floor, and support casino marketing promotions. The successful candidate should have analytical skills and endless desire to learn.
Job Duties:
- Analyze performance data to maximize revenues
- Provide optimization strategies and performance insights to the sales team
- Work with executive leadership to develop game performance KPI’s
- Create and deliver executive game performance reports
- Assist sales with game selections
- Complete on-site casino floor and game audits
- Maintain customer data and manage assigned opportunities through Castle Hill’s approved CRM
- Stay current on industry trends and support research projects
- Become a subject matter expert on Castle Hill Gaming Products
- Provide quarterly updates of competitor products and top indexing products
- Professionally represent CHG during association and customer related events
- 40% travel around Oklahoma is expected in this role
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must have ability to work from home
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with Data Analytics
