Our corporation is expanding and optimizing commercial operations across our business units. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer & Consultant for a 3-month project to lead training initiatives, elevate commercial capabilities, and standardize sales processes for one of our key corporate brands.

Role Overview
You will assess current sales methodologies, build tailored enablement materials, and deliver intensive training sessions to enhance our sales team’s closing ratios, objection handling, and alignment with the brand’s core value proposition.
Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Sales Consultant, or similar role.

Strong background in direct, B2B, or B2C sales with a track record of exceeding targets.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging, hands-on instructional materials and workshops.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect training activities to business performance.
