About the role
Position Summary: -
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store appearance, and contributing to the store's overall sales performance.
Job Description: -
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets.
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the store's appearance and attract customers.
- Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory counts.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience Sale-Service in fashion, lifestyles, Streetfighter
- Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
- Chinese- English. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.
Mobility/Travel
Able to work at assigned store.
Computer Skills
Basic skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language
Able to communicate in English and Thai. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
