Inspire, lead, and grow with kids beyond the classroom!

Are you passionate about working with school-age children and creating fun, enriching experiences before and after school—and all summer long? Join our energetic team as a School-Age Program Educator, where you’ll help children learn, play, and thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. In this position, you'll help create a safe, engaging environment where children can explore their interests, build friendships, develop new skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences before and after school, on school breaks, and throughout the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities for school-age children.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain open communication with families and staff.
  • Supervise children actively and ensure their safety at all times.
  • Complete necessary reports and documentation.
  • Support and follow licensing and quality standards.

This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:

  • Loves working with school-aged children and thrives in an active, playful environment.
  • Is a strong communicator with a positive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Can bend, kneel, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Has (or is willing to obtain) all necessary clearances, NSOR, and health physical.

What You’ll Love About Working Here:

  • Exciting and varied work across the school year and summer months
  • Supportive team and leadership
  • Professional development opportunities
  • A chance to make a lasting impact on children and families
  • Generous paid time off, health insurance, a 30% child care discount, and paid holidays.

Program Includes:

  • Before & After School Care (during the school year)
  • Full-Day Summer Camp (June–August)

Expected Hours:

  • 37.5-40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year.
  • Monday through Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm.

No nights or weekends!
