This Position reports to:

Cluster DACH Robotics Operations Manager & Auto BL Manager

 

Leads a team of Procurement Specialists to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. Ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping supply chain excellence, developing high-performing teams, and partnering with senior stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Procure-to-Pay processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant procurement operations while meeting agreed service levels and business requirements.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to continuously develop and expand the service portfolio and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on cost optimization, quality improvements, delivery performance, and working capital enhancement.
• Oversee planning and execution of procurement activities, budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team

Your background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Shared Services within a multinational organization.
• At least 3 years of people leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of operational procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procurement best practices.
• Experience in Global Business Services through SLAs and KPIs
• Strong focus on service quality, cycle times and continuous improvements
• Proven experience managing service delivery, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities in an international environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Excel, Power BI and procurement tools.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
