Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Screen Printing production team as a Catcher / Quality Control Associate.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on production position that requires both speed and a strong eye for quality.

The ideal candidate must be able to keep up with garments coming off our automatic screen-printing presses while quickly identifying printing defects, counting garments accurately, and keeping production moving.

Previous screen-printing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Catch and inspect garments as they exit the conveyor dryer.
• Maintain a steady, efficient pace to keep up with production demands.
• Quickly identify printing defects, including misprints, incorrect placement, missing ink, and color inconsistencies.
• Accurately count, sort, and stack garments by size and order.
• Immediately notify press operators of any quality concerns.
• Help prevent defective products from reaching customers.
• Maintain an organized workstation and support overall production efficiency.
• Follow all workplace safety and quality standards.
