Casual Security Officer – Reliever

Looking for a role with purpose and variety? Join MSS Security as a Casual Reliever in Rockhampton, supporting a professional and public-facing environment.

If you're confident managing challenging situations, communicating effectively and maintaining a calm, professional presence, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment through patrols and monitoring
• Screening visitors and managing access control
• Responding to incidents and challenging behaviour
• De-escalating situations through effective communication
• Completing reports and supporting emergency response procedures

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Valid QLD Security Licence
• Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain
• Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to complete a National Police Check
• 24/7 availability, including weekends and public holidays
