About the role
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Account Manager is the day-to-day lead for HH Global’s Australia account, embedded with the local client team and responsible for client relationships, operational governance, portfolio visibility and workload prioritisation.
Reporting to the Regional Account Director, the role provides clear local ownership while ensuring delivery is effectively managed through the Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary day-to-day HH Global contact for the Australian client teams and become a trusted extension of the client organisation.
Maintain a regular presence in the client office and build effective relationships across local stakeholders, agencies and relevant regional and global teams.
Lead regular client WIPs, operational governance meetings and reviews, ensuring clear decisions, actions, owners and escalation routes.
Maintain an overall view of live and upcoming work across the account, including print, temporary and permanent fixture programmes, installation, maintenance and associated rollouts.
Translate client priorities into a clear, balanced delivery plan for the Account Managers and ensure every project has defined ownership, milestones, risks and next steps.
Provide day-to-day direction to the local team, balance workload and intervene where priorities, dependencies or delivery risks require account-level decisions.
Ensure consistent, accurate client reporting and maintain visibility of project status, spend, commercial position, forecast and resource requirements.
Manage day-to-day escalations, coordinating rapid resolution and escalating strategic, commercial or significant client issues to the Regional Account Director when required.
Ensure HH Global account processes, trackers, quoting, ordering, invoicing and governance requirements are followed consistently across the team.
Coordinate Australian activity with regional and global stakeholders, maintaining alignment with wider account strategy, standards and reporting cadence.
Identify growth opportunities and additional areas where HH Global can support the client, working with the Regional Account Director to develop the account.
Build a collaborative, accountable team culture that promotes knowledge sharing, cross-cover and continuous improvement.
Encourage sustainable solutions that balance commercial, operational and environmental outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Minimum 5 years’ account management experience within retail marketing, POS, print, fixtures, installation or marketing services, including responsibility for complex client programmes.
Proven experience leading senior client relationships and acting as the primary day-to-day account contact within a contracted environment.
Strong understanding of print, temporary POS and permanent or semi-permanent retail fixture programmes, including the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Experience leading multi-project portfolios, setting priorities and coordinating delivery resources without becoming the detailed project manager for every workstream.

Proven ability to influence client and internal stakeholders, resolve issues and communicate clearly at both operational and senior levels.
Experience identifying growth opportunities and broadening the scale and scope of client relationships.
