Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.
Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Senior Architect - Elevated, Depot is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties
- Review and coordinate architectural designs and drawings for elevated stations and depot facilities.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, accessibility and fire/life-safety provisions.
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with civil, structural, MEP and metro systems teams.
- Review material, finish and shop-drawing submissions and resolve design queries.
- Monitor site execution for conformity with approved designs and required workmanship.
- Identify design or construction issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support inspections, snagging, completion and handover of architectural works.
Profile/Skills
- He/She should be Graduate in Architecture.
- He/She should have minimum 15 Years of post qualification experience.
- He/She should have minimum 5 Years of experience in relevant assignment.
