About the role
Be the calm, organised link between the sales team and every customer, from the day a car is sold to the day it is collected.
If you are an experienced coordinator who enjoys juggling many tasks, solving problems before they reach the customer, and following a process with care, this is a senior role with real room to grow and to train others.
About the Opportunity
When a salesperson sells a car, the delivery coordinator takes over and looks after the customer until the vehicle is ready for collection.
You will be the first offshore delivery coordinator for the team. The Australian team will train you, which may include time in Perth early on, and as the team grows you will help train the coordinators who join after you.
What You'll Do
Coordinate each vehicle sale from deal handover through to customer collection
Call customers to confirm how they are paying and plan the delivery timeline
Work with finance brokers, accounts, and customers to get approvals and paperwork sorted
Confirm cleared funds before booking the customer in for collection
Follow up missing documents by phone and email until the file is complete
Check each vehicle is ready, with no outstanding work, and chase colleagues for updates
Reshuffle bookings and manage customer expectations when timing changes
Escalate red flags early to your manager
Guide and train junior coordinators as the team grows
Coordination, not data entry.
Almost everything you do is task-based coordination: calling customers, emailing partners, and chasing colleagues. No two days are exactly alike, because every delivery has its own requirements. You will fix problems before the customer arrives, so that when they walk in, everything is ready and the experience is smooth.
What You Bring
At least 5 years in an admin, logistics, or sales coordination role, at a senior level
Strong phone and email coordination with customers, partners, and internal teams
Strong English and a calm, friendly, customer-first manner
Excellent attention to detail and the discipline to follow a set process every time
Critical thinking: you spot problems early and know when to escalate
Comfort multitasking across many people, tasks, and deadlines
Maturity and the confidence to guide and train others
Highly preferred but not required: automotive or dealership experience
Nice to have: Dealership systems experience (training provided)
Why You'll Love This Role
Be the first in a new offshore team, with a clear path to lead and train others
Hands-on training from the Australian team, with a chance to spend time in Perth
Varied work: every delivery is different, so no two days look the same
Real ownership of the customer experience from sale to handover
Hours & Work Setup
This is a full-time, office-based role in Metro Manila, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Western Australian time, with Australian public holidays observed.
