Job Summary

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions and the adoption of digital platform and solutions for ELSP finance along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. Each day, you will provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal to improve productivity and efficiency. You will also showcase your expertise by helping the team achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge on ABB's digital solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities  

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. 

 

Work model: Hybrid

• Leading the assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle including digital opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC / pilot, solution deployment, and post go-live operations/support.
• Executing ideation workstreams from identifying needs to validate and define development together with cross-functional teams of digital software engineers, user experience, and subject matter experts for value creation.
• Integrates comprehensive technical knowledge with broad business and market understanding to inform digital solution development for the broader Finance Organization.
• Initiates and drives innovative digital solution development, enhancements and implementation in line with broader digital plans and strategy
• Acts as a knowledge owner in own area and mentors colleagues; leads large digital solution engineering projects and initiatives.

 

Qualifications for the Role  

 

• You are highly skilled with Snowflake, CFIN, SAP BW, Power Apps, and power BI.
• You possess an enhanced knowledge and ability to integrate and work with different digital platforms, AI and data & system integration tools.
• You possess people management capabilities with ability to nurture and grow young talent.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence across multiple levels and functions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Great team player with level up thinking / collaboration spirit.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
