Senior Director of Primary Care Medical Network

Provides enterprise leadership for the Primary Care Medical Network, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. Accountable for network strategy, operations, growth, access, financial performance, quality, value-based care, physician engagement, and standardization.

Leads Regional Operations Directors and partners with physicians and enterprise teams to ensure consistent execution and high performance across all primary care practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in physician practice, ambulatory, or medical group operations.
• Experience leading multiple practices and operational leaders.
• Demonstrated success in physician relationships, access, growth, financial performance, standardization, and performance improvement.
