Senior District Manager

• 业绩与战略落地：将区域销售目标和业务战略分解到各区域，跟进达成情况，并做业绩复盘与资源调配。
• 团队管理与发展：管理下属区域MR，负责招聘、绩效管理、辅导、梯队培养和人员保留。
• 市场与客户管理：关注区域内重点医院和大客户、渠道及准入情况，推动市场机会拓展和客户关系维护。
• 跨部门协同：与市场、医学、准入、贸易与收入管理、人力资源（P&C）等部门配合，保证策略一致执行。
• 合规与风险管理：监督团队遵守医药行业法规、公司合规政策及学术推广规范，例如医药代表备案要求（见 KB0199453）。
• 预算与资源管理：管理区域预算、费用和资源投入，保证投入产出合理。
• 人员流程操作：作为直线经理，在 Workday 中处理团队的入职、调动、离职等人事流程。
