Senior Institutional Operations Representative

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative to support institutional investment operations and deliver accurate, timely, and consistent operational services. In this role, you will contribute to effective day-to-day operations while supporting strong controls, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. This opportunity provides exposure to key operational processes and collaboration with business partners in support of efficient service delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Perform moderately complex to complex institutional investment operations, including trade processing, researching inquiries, reconciling transactions, and reviewing time-sensitive documentation
• Research and resolve operational issues and exceptions within established procedures, applying sound judgment and knowledge of systems, policies, and requirements
• Support audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements and address operational or governance issues within the assigned process
• Identify and recommend process improvements, participate in operational initiatives, and provide guidance or training to less experienced team members
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and support consistent achievement of operational goals

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of institutional investment operations, including trade processing, transaction reconciliation, and exception management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with an understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and operational procedures
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and support less experienced team members

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work in the 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM shift.
