About the role
Roles & responsibilities
•Lead sourcing initiatives across IT categories including software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, AMCs, professional services including IT FMS, telecom and cyber security.
•Drive commercial negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
•Oversee contract drafting, review, and execution with Legal and IT teams.
•Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk frameworks.
•Partner with IT stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with technology needs.
•Drive cost optimization, license consolidation, and value realization.
•Manage contract renewals and lifecycle planning.
•Strategic sourcing.
•Support procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba.
•Spend analysis.
•Contract repository and management.
•MIS Reporting and presentations.

This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred), or CPSM, CIPS, CPIM, CPP. .
Work experience
•8–12 years of IT Procurement experience for large MNCs.
•Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
•Analytical Skills, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills
•Large shared services/MNCs
