Position Overview

As a member of Infrastructure Engineering in the Information Technology group, you will be responsible for the infrastructure projects lifecycle and a part of support. This includes Designing, Implementing, Maintaining, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of systems and network devices located on premise and in public cloud.

The Senior Network & Systems Administrator is primarily responsible for:

• Design, install/configure, maintain, monitor and automate in Windows, Linux, VoIP, Storage and Network environments
• Perform problem resolution and provide 24-hour on-call support for computer/network systems (rotation basis)

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / related field or equivalent experience
• CCNA/MCSE preferred

Required Experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the following:
• Private & Public (Azure) Cloud architecture, configuration and management
• Office 365 services configuration and management
• Design, install/configure, maintain and monitor:
• VMware or Hyper-V
• VoIP - Cisco UCCX and Unity
• Windows environment
• Cisco routers, switches and firewalls
• Scripting using:
• PowerShell
• VB Script
• Automation/Configuration management tools

Preferred Experience:

• Linux/Unix management with command line tools
• LAN/WAN using routing/routed protocols, MPLS and iSCSI SANs
• Netbackup, JBoss, IIS, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX
