About the role
We are looking for a motivated UAE National candidate to join our Wholesale Islamic Banking team as a Senior Officer – Product Support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is interested in building a career in Islamic banking and product management. The role will provide exposure to product development and management activities while working closely with different stakeholders across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in day-to-day product management activities.
- Assist with market research and analysis of banking products and market developments.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of product documentation, procedures and related materials.
- Collect, organize and analyze data for management information and reporting.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders on product-related requirements and initiatives.
- Support updates to Islamic banking product materials and documentation.
- Assist with digital product enhancements and related initiatives.
- Ensure assigned activities are followed through accurately and within required timelines.
Candidate Profile
- UAE National female candidate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of banking products; knowledge of Islamic banking would be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
