About the role
From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation to join a strategic transformation project within the insurance sector.
The role will involve leading initiatives related to digital transformation, process evolution and the adoption of AI-driven solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
- Manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business and Technology.
- Manage senior stakeholders, governance and executive reporting.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving digital experiences and business processes, including AI and automation opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management.
- Strong experience managing complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience in Digital Transformation projects.
- Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven initiatives is highly valued.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
