About the role

Job Description

Most of our testing is still done by hand, and that slows down our releases. We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead our move to automated testing and help our QA team make that shift with you.

What you’ll do

  • Build our test automation with Playwright, starting with the most critical user flows and regression tests
  • Plug automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline so every merge request gets fast, reliable feedback
  • Use AI to write and maintain tests, and test new AI testing tools to keep only what really helps
  • Define what we automate vs. test manually, and improve how we write and track test cases (Xray)
  • Improve our QA process from test planning to release sign-off, so test cases are written alongside development and testing starts as soon as a feature is ready
  • Plan and run test campaigns (regression, release and pre-release checks), and share clear results with the team before each release
  • Coach our QA engineers through the move to automation and work closely with developers, the Product team and the Release Manager

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve already built end-to-end test automation on a real product (Playwright ideally; Cypress or Selenium also count), in JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and a test management tool (Xray, Zephyr or TestRail)
  • Curiosity for AI in testing, with things you’ve actually tried
  • Clear communication in English

Nice to have

  • Experience testing Atlassian apps (Forge, Connect) or other plugin ecosystems
  • API testing (Postman, REST)
  • You’ve already helped a team move from manual to automated testing

Additional Information

What's in for you:

  • Attractive remuneration
  • Lunch voucher
  • Medical insurance
  • Annual performance bonuses
  • Flexible work hours
  • Hydride remote
  • 25 days: paid leave
  • Team building activities
  • Are you a geeky mom? You will keep your salary during your maternity leave and we are addressing flexible hours for working mums!

Company Description

Every day, millions of people do their work in the same few tools: where they write, share, plan and ask for help. When those tools are hard to use, people lose time searching, guessing and asking around. At Caelor, we build apps that make that everyday work simpler, so teams can find what they need, understand it quickly and get on with their job.

Our apps run inside Atlassian’s products (Jira and Confluence), used by companies all over the world. They turn Confluence into a real company intranet, make pages clear and easy to read, explain internal vocabulary right where people need it, and give every employee a simple way to request the equipment and services they need.

Caelor brings together the Vectors and Caelor teams under one name: about 40 people across Tunis, Paris, Wiesbaden, Split and Dubai, with Tunis as our largest office. We value collaboration across teams and countries, honest feedback, and a transparent, friendly way of working.
