About the role
The role and the team
As a Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst (all genders) with a focus on Customer Excellence, you own end-to-end revenue analytics across Lucanet's customer journey, from acquisition to closing to retention. You build predictive models, KPI frameworks, and Board-ready dashboards, with special attention to post-sales metrics such as NRR, GRR, churn, and Professional Services utilization.
You report into the Revenue Architecture & Operations leadership team, work within Revenue Intelligence & Analysis, and partner closely with Customer Excellence, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and GTM Strategy. You connect insights across these functions so that leadership and the Board can make confident revenue decisions, and you work remotely from Germany. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end revenue analytics from lead generation to retention and expansion across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Excellence.
- Monitor and report on Customer Excellence KPIs including NRR, GRR, NPS, churn, utilization rate, and time-to-value.
- Build predictive models for revenue forecasting, renewals, churn risk, and upsell potential.
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue planning together with Finance and revenue leadership.
- Build Board-ready and self-serve dashboards that give GTM teams direct access to performance insights.
- Define KPI frameworks that connect leading and lagging indicators across the full revenue lifecycle.
- Lead responses to Board and executive data requests and recommend actions on territories, quotas, and resources.
What you bring
You have:
- A track record of delivering cross-functional revenue analytics in RevOps, BI, or analytics roles that informed decisions across Marketing, Sales, and post-sales teams.
- Experience building forecasting or predictive models covering the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel, plus Python or R, and dashboard development in Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- A solid understanding of revenue systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Customer Success platforms.
- Strong communication skills: you present complex data as clear business narratives to executives and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
It's a plus if you also have:
- A post-sales background, for example in Professional Services, consulting, or Customer Success, including PS reporting or retention KPIs.
