About the role
Are you ready to transform the corporate wellness industry with us?
We are looking for a Senior SEO/GEO Manager (m/f/d) based in Munich to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass. Following our brand transition, we are scaling our international presence and ambition across all our markets. To support this next growth phase, we are internalizing our SEO/GEO expertise transitioning away from our external agency to build a clear, long-term, and fully integrated global strategy.
Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation and CRM, you will own the end-to-end global SEO/GEO roadmap for EGYM Wellpass. You will play a pivotal role bridging internal teams (Content, Brand, Performance Marketing, Growth) across core markets (France, DACH, US, UK) to boost our organic visibility, drive qualified website traffic globally, and establish EGYM Wellpass as the top-of-mind brand in B2B corporate wellness.
Your Daily Workout
SEO/GEO Strategy & Audit: You will perform a comprehensive global SEO/GEO audit, designing and building a clear, documented, and accessible strategy from scratch for all international stakeholders.

This includes assessing how our brand and content surface in traditional search results and in AI-generated answers (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) across every market.
Execution & Operations: You will execute technical and content optimizations across markets to boost global organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and leverage our partner network to drive visibility.
Content & Brand Guidance: You will collaborate closely with international Brand & Content teams to guide, review, and optimize high-value blog posts and editorial content.
Data & Analytics Support: You will track and analyze global performance metrics using advanced tools (Semrush with AI Visibility & Paid Search options, Hotjar for user session behavior) in tight alignment with the Growth team.
Your Fitness Level
Experience: You bring 4 to 5 years of solid experience in SEO/GEO, ideally within a global B2B SaaS brand or an international multi-market company (in-house experience preferred over purely agency-side background).
Strategic & Technical Expertise: You have a proven track record of building and executing end-to-end global SEO/GEO strategies from scratch, encompassing both technical SEO/GEO and international content roadmap execution.
Tooling & Analytics: You possess advanced proficiency with Semrush (including AI visibility and paid search insights) and user behavior analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4).
Data-Driven Mindset: You excel at defining and tracking ambitious targets (% organic growth, keyword rankings) across multiple markets and delivering clear reporting directly to your manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You thrive in an international environment where you regularly interface with regional and central Content, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams.
Your Training goal for your first 6 months
Months 1–2: Complete a full global SEO/GEO audit of EGYM Wellpass platforms, document the international roadmap, and smoothly transition responsibilities away from the external agency.
