Title : Senior Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Location: remote
Start date: ASAP
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10-12 years of experience in CRM development or technical consulting, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience developing plugins, custom APIs, and Power Automate flows.
- Experience with Power Apps and integrations involving Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security, solution management, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Git and application lifecycle management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure integration services.
- Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework controls.
- Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, or Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Experience with CRM data migration tools and Power BI.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
- Experience delivering client projects through Agile development methods.
Success Measures
- Technical deliverables meet approved requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Development and deployment activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Solutions demonstrate reliable performance, appropriate security, and maintainable code.
- Defects and production issues are resolved promptly.
- Documentation and knowledge transfer enable effective ongoing support.
