About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Voxel Artist (Stylized Games | Creative Development) based in Netherlands.
As a Senior Voxel Artist, you’ll help shape distinctive game worlds by transforming simple geometric forms into expressive characters, imaginative environments, and memorable visual experiences. You’ll combine exceptional artistic craftsmanship with creative exploration to develop original visual identities and cohesive stylized worlds. Working across characters, creatures, props, and environments, you’ll establish strong silhouettes, appealing proportions, and compelling color palettes that bring each asset to life. You’ll collaborate with art directors, concept artists, environment artists, and technical artists to turn early ideas into polished, production-ready content. This hands-on role offers significant creative ownership, the freedom to experiment with voxel aesthetics, and the opportunity to influence the artistic direction of game development projects. You’ll join an international, remote-first team focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous creative growth.
