About the role
Job Duties:
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer.
- Enter customer information in repair order.
- Schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customer throughout repairs.
- If additional work is needed, explain the details to the customer, including additional costs and time.
- Inform customer of completion and provide completed repair order.
