Description
Hall Imports is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary connection between customers and service technicians, helping deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Schedule
• Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide prompt, professional, and friendly service
• Communicate customer vehicle concerns clearly with technicians
• Provide concierge-level customer support both in person and by phone
• Schedule and dispatch repair orders to maximize technician productivity
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
• Explain vehicle service recommendations, warranties, and maintenance needs
• Assist with warranty claim processing and service department administration
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and manufacturer representatives
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Sales or service success with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
