Service Project Manager

Pay Range: $71,000-$101,000

  • Manage service and retrofit projects to successful outcomes, meeting scope schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure project scope is clearly defined and aligned with customer needs.
  • Escalate issues promptly to appropriate stakeholders and drive them to full resolution.
  • Lead effective meetings with clear documentation, defined action items, and timely follow-up.

  • Build, inspire, and motivate cohesive and high-performing project teams.
  • Develop and document successful project plans with project team members and stakeholders.

  • service as the primary customer contact of service projects, delivering prompt and proactive communication.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous project management and/or customer relationship management experience preferred
• Self-confidence and the ability to be largely self-directed
• Proficient keyboarding skills
• A conscientious approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
• Willing and able to travel (1-2 trips annually) domestically and internationally as necessary, which may include any day of the week
• Must obtain and maintain a valid passport (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
• Must comply with applicable travel requirements, including receiving any vaccinations necessary for entry into certain countries (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
