Atlantic Tire and Service in Durham, North Carolina, is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers in person and by phone
- Serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians, clearly communicating vehicle concerns and repair recommendations
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document customer concerns to support proper diagnosis and service
- Explain recommended repairs, prepare estimates, and help customers make informed maintenance and repair decisions
- Keep customers updated on repair progress, completion times, costs, and any changes requiring authorization
- Uphold our high standards for safety, organization, and cleanliness
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive knowledge and at least 1–2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor—REQUIRED
- Career-minded with a desire to learn and grow within the company
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Team-first mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license—REQUIRED

As a Service Advisor, you’ll build lasting customer relationships and guide customers through the service process from check-in to pickup. You’ll explain maintenance needs and repair recommendations clearly, earn trust through honest communication, and recommend services that help keep vehicles safe, reliable, and performing their best.
