Starting pay is $18 an hour plus tips
Five Guys Burgers and Fries is one of America's most successful family-owned hamburger concepts, not just for its food but also because of its employees.
We have a unique work environment with an open kitchen plan where our team is always putting on a show.
The expectations of a successful Five Guys Shift Manager
-Must be 18 years or older
-Open availability 7 days a week is preferred but not required.
-Prior management experience in required.
-Ability to uphold all Five Guys policies and procedures by leading by example.
-Highly energetic.
-Ability to train and coach staff.
-Great attitude and a smile all while having fun.
