Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor at Burger King, is responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train team members on Burger King's operational standards, policies, and procedures, including food preparation, safety, and customer service.
* Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, conducting end-of-shift reconciliations, and preparing deposits.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
* Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Assist in scheduling team members to ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and make immediate decisions to maintain smooth workflow.
* Uphold Onvo's commitment to quality service and operational standards.

Job Qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
