Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to meet operational goals and provide excellent guest service
- Assist management with daily restaurant operations, including labor and food cost control
- Build positive relationships with guests and effectively handle guest concerns
- Serve as a role model of hospitality and professionalism
Required Skills and Experience
- At least one year of experience in a guest-focused business such as retail, restaurant, or hospitality
- Strong natural leadership skills and a self-starting personality
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to use point of sale systems and willingness to learn new skills
- Professional appearance and a team player attitude, ready to pitch in and support co-workers
