About the role
What You’ll Do
- Prepare customer orders for shipment following company standards
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and on‑time shipping
- Meet daily shipping quotas (goal: 10 packages per hour)
- Maintain packing supplies and support inventory needs
- Assist with product sorting, photography, listing, testing, and storage
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality
Who You Are
- Skilled at packing a wide range of items - from fragile décor to apparel
- Tech‑comfortable with PCs, email, Microsoft Office, and online tools
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- A clear communicator with a positive, service‑oriented mindset

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and warehouse activity
Compensation
- $16-$16.50/hour based on experience
