Position Summary
During visits at our warm, welcoming Family Centers, our team develops long-term, meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers to talk through the challenges and joys of early parenthood and discuss their children's development. Our team’s strengths-based approach supports parents raising children in these earliest years, increasing access to essential care and offering the surest opportunity for establishing a strong foundation in life.
This role facilitates the first hour of each family’s quarterly visit at our Family Centers, followed by an opportunity for families to access available boutique items and resources with support from the Operations team. This position has established family visit schedules, averaging 4-5 clinical hours per day. This position works closely with other internal Family Support teams at Room to Grow who host the second hour of each visit and who support the case management needs for each family. Your conversations are guided by a flexible curriculum covering topics like child development and parenting strategies, and shaped by each family’s own priorities as individuals, parents, and a family unit. You’ll be supported in building your skills through a robust internal structure of mentorship and practice support, as well as occasional external professional development opportunities.
