About the role

- Act as the technical interface between software development team from other locations, system architects, project management and customers.
- Support technical risk analysis, issue resolution, and root cause investigations.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business areas.
- Contribute to technical reviews, architecture assessments, and product release readiness activities.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones and report status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal software development and software quality processes.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities.
- Knowledge of embedded software development for automotive applications.
- Familiarity with requirements management and development tools such as Jira, Jazz, Git, and DOORS.
- Clear and effective communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Advanced English (interaction with global teams).
- Preferably with experience in projects in the automotive industry.
- Nice to have: PMP certification, knowledge of ASPICE, Safety, Cybersecurity, and AUTOSAR.
