As the on-shift lead, you'll guide the Guest Services Reps, delegate tasks, and step in to resolve guest issues with a calm, solution-focused approach. You'll coordinate with the tubing and maintenance teams when plans change, then close out the day with accurate deposits and reports so everything is set for the next shift.
About You at Soldier Hollow
You lead by example, stepping in when the line gets long and helping your Reps learn the flow (Collaboration). You care about the details, from accurate transactions and completed waivers to deposits done right the first time (Excellence). And on the busiest winter days, you keep your team supported and every guest welcomed (Community).
