We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Specialist who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and winning new business.

What you'll do:

• Identify and acquire new business customers within your territory (Warsaw or Cracow)
• Present and sell payment solutions tailored to customer needs
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through to signed agreement
• Build long-term relationships with merchants and business partners

What we're looking for:

• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and working towards sales targets
• Proven ability to generate leads, win new customers, and close deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of Polish and English
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, SaaS, or technology solutions will be an advantage
