We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Spa Floor Coordinator to join our amazing team! If you enjoy helping people, creating welcoming spaces, and being part of a team that makes every guest feel special, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm smile and exceptional customer service.
- Help guests prepare for their spa services and feel comfortable in our locker room areas.
- Keep spa spaces clean, organized, inviting, and ready for relaxation.
- Refresh towels, replenish supplies, and maintain guest amenities, including fresh water and drinking cups.
- Assist with laundry to ensure our spa stays fresh, comfortable, and guest-ready.
- Work alongside a supportive team to create a peaceful and memorable spa experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous spa or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
