About the role
Role Responsibilities:
- 空調換気設備工事(更新工事含む)の現場調査・見積り、現場管理
- 更新工事提案
- 図面作成(CAD)
- 予算書作成及び予算管理
- 特にチラー・冷凍機関係の水配管施工経験がある
Role Purpose:
- 更新工事拡大による売上げ拡大に貢献
Minimum Requirements:
- Excel、Word操作
- CAD (できればT-fas経験者)
- 一級管工事施工管理技士(監理技術者含む)資格取得者
- 空調換気設備工事における現場管理業務経験者
