Join an innovative technology environment at the forefront of open-source software security and AI-driven development. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, AI Discovery, you will shape how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt technical solutions across traditional search engines, AI platforms, and coding agents. You will lead strategies that strengthen organic visibility, increase AI-powered recommendations, and turn discovery opportunities into measurable signups and sales pipeline. Combining technical expertise, growth marketing, and hands-on experimentation, you will build scalable programs that influence how developers find and use products. Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Web, and Paid Media teams, you will drive initiatives from strategy through execution. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of developer discovery while delivering measurable business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end SEO strategy, including keyword research, content development, programmatic landing pages, and technical search optimization.
- Collaborate with Web and Product Marketing teams to convert high-intent organic traffic into qualified signups, product demonstrations, and sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to increase visibility and recommendations across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
- Improve how AI models discover, understand, cite, and recommend products through high-quality content, structured data, and strategic third-party content placement.
- Monitor AI visibility and recommendation performance, tracking citations and mentions while identifying opportunities to strengthen brand discovery.
- Optimize the developer experience across AI-powered coding agents and tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex, making solutions easier to discover, authenticate, integrate, and use.
- Map the complete agent adoption journey, from initial discovery and authentication to implementation, building, and verification, identifying and removing friction at every stage.
- Partner with Product teams to develop and maintain technical resources such as MCP servers, Agent Skills, plugins, CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md snippets, llms.txt files, and agent-friendly quickstart guides.
- Ensure relevant technical resources and integrations are discoverable across the platforms and directories used by AI agents and developers.
- Design and run experiments using real developer prompts across different AI models and coding agents to evaluate which content, integrations, and resources generate recommendations and adoption.
- Build reliable attribution and measurement frameworks connecting organic search, AI-referred traffic, and agent-generated signups to business outcomes and sales pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives, drive execution, analyze results, and continuously improve growth strategies.
- At least 4 years of experience in growth marketing, developer marketing, technical product marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of measurable acquisition and conversion funnels targeting technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and performance measurement.
- Strong technical proficiency and terminal fluency, with the ability to build and experiment with technical solutions such as MCP servers and AI agent skills.
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to independently query, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decisions and evaluate marketing performance.
- Practical experience using AI coding agents and a strong understanding of how tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex discover, evaluate, and select technical resources.
- Ability to design and execute experiments involving AI platforms, search engines, and coding agents, translating findings into actionable growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to measuring acquisition, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct managerial authority.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive, hands-on mindset, with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or the cloud-native ecosystem.
- Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, software supply chain security, or related developer technologies.
- Experience marketing technical products to software engineers, developers, or enterprise technology teams.
- A strong interest in emerging AI technologies and the evolving landscape of developer discovery and adoption.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $167,500 USD.
- Equity Opportunities: Stock options upon hiring and promotion, with opportunities to participate in secondary offerings and a generous 10-year exercise window.
- Comprehensive Healthcare: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees and their dependents.
- Remote-First Culture: Fully remote working environment with opportunities for team meetups and twice-yearly destination summits.
- Monthly Stipend: Financial support for coworking spaces, phone, and internet expenses.
- Flexible Time Off: Generous, flexible time-off policy to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
- Paid Parental Leave: 18 weeks for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, with the flexibility to use leave consecutively or throughout the child's first year.
- Professional Development: Opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI technologies, explore emerging developer tools, and shape innovative growth strategies.
