Sr Staff Analog Engineer

Job Description

　CMOS Analog IP Design (Temp sensor, BGR, AMP, Comparator. etc)

・Project Overview

1. 　Contribute to product differentiation through the development of temperature sensors and other analog IPs.
2. 　Participate in the complete analog IP development cycle, from circuit design through Si evaluation and characterization.
3. 　Collaborate with global design, validation, and product development teams in a multinational development environment.

 

・Responsibilities

1. 　Define specifications and develop architectures for temp sensors and related analog circuits.
2. 　Design transistor-level analog circuits, perform simulations, and verify performance against product requirements.
3. 　Work closely with layout engineers to perform layout verification and optimize circuit performance, area, and reliability.
4. 　Evaluate silicon devices, analyze electrical characteristics, and investigate root causes of performance or functionality issues.

Qualifications

〈Must-have〉

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in analog IP design for semiconductor products
• Strong experience in transistor-level CMOS analog circuit design and simulation
• Proven experience throughout analog IP development lifecycle, from circuit design to silicon evaluation and characterization
• Hands-on experience with circuit design and verification using EDA tools such as Cadence

 

〈Nice-to-have〉

• Experience in the development of temperature sensor circuits
• Experience in the development of analog IPs, such as BGRs, Comparators, and Amplifiers
• Experience with layout verification (LVS/DRC) and post-layout analysis
• Experience in Si evaluation, characterization, debugging, and failure analysis
• Business-level English communication skills
