We’re currently seeking a motivated and analytical Accountant to join our Office in Lombard, IL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting specific store locations, ensuring financial accuracy, and helping drive informed business decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and process day-to-day financial transactions for your assigned store locations

• Provide insightful financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning

• Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate recordkeeping

• Enter journal entries and maintain the integrity of the accounting database

• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications include:

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable management and collections processes

• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, including invoice entry and reconciliation

• Energetic, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality, accurate work

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
