About the role
Position: Staffing Coordinator
NHC Place St. Peters Memory Care is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! The preferred candidate will have 1-year prior staffing and scheduling experience, be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have superior communication skills. This candidate must also be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with potential requirement to be included in rotating on-call with the Staffing phone to coordinate schedule.
Job Type: Full Time
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and be a team player
- Preferred prior staffing/ scheduling experience of 1 year
- Preferred C.N.A. or C.M.T. or A.S.
- Must be organized and have superior communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
