Für unseren Store in Bremen suchen wir ab sofort einen stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Deputy Manager / stellvertretenden Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Vertretung der Filialleitung

Dein Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt oder Kundenservice
  • Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
  • Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams von 30 bis 80 Mitarbeitenden 
  • Hands-On Mentalität
  • Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Stellvertretender Marktleiter, Abteilungsleiter, Department Manager, Substitut
